Refund Policy

Scope
This website does not collect payments and does not establish new refund conditions for existing Chamber transactions. Membership dues, registrations, sponsorships and voluntary contributions may be subject to different accepted terms.
Membership and event payments
Refer to the agreement or registration terms provided for your membership or event. This page does not promise a refund based on nonattendance, unused benefits or a specific number of days.
Sponsorships and contributions
Sponsorship obligations and voluntary contribution corrections depend on the relevant accepted terms and circumstances. No universal nonrefundable rule or fixed processing time is represented by this website.
Duplicate or incorrect transactions
Keep the receipt, amount, date and reference number for any actual transaction. Email info@jurupachamber.site with a billing inquiry using the Contact page, describing the reason and requested correction. Do not share card security codes, banking login credentials or a full card number.
Existing rights
Review the payment provider’s applicable process and your accepted agreement. Nothing on this page removes rights provided by applicable law. Downloading an inquiry does not submit a refund request.
