Cancellation Policy

Membership cancellation
The website does not enroll members or create an automatically renewing subscription. Existing memberships are governed by the agreement accepted when joining. A request to end membership and eligibility for a refund are separate matters.
Events and sponsorships
Cancellation, substitutions and rescheduling depend on the particular event or sponsorship agreement. This website does not establish a universal cancellation deadline or promise reimbursement.
Making an inquiry
Email info@jurupachamber.site with a cancellation inquiry on the Contact page with your organization, the arrangement involved and any transaction reference. Downloading an inquiry does not deliver notice or cancel an agreement; send your request to info@jurupachamber.site. Continue to use the communication method specified in your existing agreement.
Processed charges
A cancellation inquiry does not automatically reverse a previously processed transaction. Refer to the Refund Policy and the terms applicable to the original payment. Applicable legal rights are not limited by this information.
