Contribution Policy

Voluntary support
Support is voluntary and separate from membership dues, event registration, advertising and sponsorship. The support areas describe the Chamber’s business learning, connections, visibility, advocacy, events and general mission.
Use and restrictions
The support categories do not establish independently restricted funds. A particular restriction, benefit or use commitment must be expressly agreed before contribution. No membership, event admission or commercial placement is purchased by general support.
Tax treatment
The Chamber is a 501(c)(6) business association. Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Consult your tax advisor about the treatment of dues or other payments.
Payment and corrections
No contribution is collected online by this website, and no recurring support authorization is taken. For an existing contribution, keep your receipt and accepted terms. Prepare an inquiry about an error or requested correction using the Contact page; no unconfirmed refund period is represented here.
